Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer for our PMC team to oversee and coordinate construction activities at site. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with contractors and clients, and supporting timely project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and project execution.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity at site.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HSE requirements.
Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Attend project meetings and maintain proper documentation.
Track project milestones and assist in achieving project targets within budget and timeline.
Coordinate QA/QC activities and ensure implementation of approved methods and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in construction/PMC projects.
Good knowledge of project management, construction methods, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures.
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and site challenges efficiently.
