Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide end-to-end support during the admission process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
