Administrative person required to manage all admin activities of head office. 2 years plus experience required in pure admin work.
Responsibility includes management of all office facilities including maintenance, security, House Keeping administration & office services.To arrange to procure, install & maintain various facilities, utilities & equipment.To call & negotiate with subcontractors / outsourcing agencies with a view to manage various requirements.Coordinate between the executives and internal/external clients.

· Submit expense reports
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
· Resolve administrative problems
· Coordinate with AMC agencies
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
