The Neurosurgeon will be responsible for the diagnosis, evaluation, surgical treatment, and post-operative management of patients with disorders of the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems. Clinical & Outpatient Care (OPD): Conduct outpatient consultations, perform thorough neurological examinations, interpret advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, PET, EEG), and design individualized treatment plans.
Surgical Interventions: Perform a wide range of complex neurosurgical procedures, including:
Brain: Craniotomies for tumor excision, aneurysm clipping, hematoma evacuation, and shunt insertions.
Spine: Discectomy, laminectomy, spinal fusion, and spinal cord decompression or stabilization.
Advanced/Minimally Invasive: Utilizing neuro-navigation, microsurgery, and endoscopic techniques where applicable.
Emergency & Trauma Management: Promptly attend to neurosurgical emergencies, including acute traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord trauma, intracranial hemorrhages, and ruptured aneurysms.
