1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
· Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
· Coordinating with hiring managers for staffing needs.
2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation:
· Facilitating new employee onboarding and induction programs.
· Ensuring smooth transitions for new hires into the organization.
3. HR Data Management & Employee Records
· Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring accuracy in personal information, Asset Management, Stationery Management, Office Cleaning Management, Grocery Management, Vendor payments.
4. Employee Engagement:
· Organize initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
· Lead employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
