Position Summary
The Facility Manager – Soft Services is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of housekeeping, security, horticulture, pest control, waste management, pantry, and hospitality services across the University campus. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, secure, and well-maintained environment while managing service providers, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering excellent stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and pantry operations.
- Manage outsourced vendors and monitor service quality, SLAs, and contract compliance.
- Ensure campus cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security standards.
- Coordinate facility support for academic activities, university events, and VIP visits.
- Conduct regular inspections and address facility-related issues promptly.
- Manage budgets, consumables, and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and supervise soft services staff and contractors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in educational institutions, corporate campuses, hospitals, or hospitality is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
