We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic office Assistant who is passionate about AI tools and has good English communication skills. The role involves supporting office operations, content creation, presentations, research, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official documents.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Conduct online research and compile information.
- Assist in creating social media content and promotional material.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and support office administration.
- Handle WhatsApp and email communication professionally.
- Learn and adopt new AI tools to improve office productivity.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good internet research skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
