We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. This is not a traditional sales role — it’s about consulting, storytelling, relationship building, and being part of a team that empowers innovation.
You’ll work directly with startup founders, understand their product visions, and align them with the right tech roadmap and solutions from CloudTrains.
- Research and identify potential clients in India, the US, UK, and other target markets

Drive outbound sales via LinkedIn outreach, emails, and discovery calls

Understand client requirements in mobile app development, web platforms, SaaS, and custom software

Create and present tailored proposals, pricing models, and value pitches

Manage the full sales cycle: from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure

Collaborate with the tech and delivery teams to ensure accurate project scoping

Maintain an organized pipeline and track lead status and follow-ups regularly

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- 1–3 years of experience in IT services or tech-based solution selling

Strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal)

Confident in handling international clients and managing discovery/demo calls

Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment

Familiarity with proposal tools, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), and lead databases
- Basic knowledge of Agile, product discovery, and estimation workflows

Understanding of startup pain points and fundraising stages is a plus

Prior experience in a startup or tech consulting environment
