Job Summary
Plus People is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and supporting the overall recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and job suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and other approved hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of active and potential candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding open positions and hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and hiring targets within the required timelines.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to screen and assess candidates.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job openings.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
Pay: ₹14,455.48 - ₹30,836.01 per month
