We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Two Wheeler Dealer to manage and grow our dealership operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership, including sales, customer service, inventory management, marketing, and financial performance. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for the two-wheeler industry and a proven track record in retail management and sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for new and used two-wheelers.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, customer inquiry, test rides, financing, to delivery.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service throughout the sales and after-sales experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, display, and rotation of two-wheelers and accessories.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Manage dealership finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently to maintain customer loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing showroom environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to senior management.
