DATA CENTER HEAD / PROJECT HEAD
- Experience: 15–20+ Years | Data Center Experience: 10+ Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Electronics
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Data Center / Mission Critical projects from planning to handover.
- Manage Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, HSE and Project Delivery.
- Lead Electrical, HVAC/MEP, Civil, ELV, Fire, BMS/EPMS/DCIM, Network & Commissioning teams.
- Oversee HT/LT, Transformer, DG, UPS, Battery, PDU/RPP, Busduct, Chiller, CRAH/CRAC systems.
- Manage Client, Consultant, OEM, Vendor and Contractor coordination.
- Lead Testing, Commissioning, IST, Load/Failure Testing and Redundancy Testing.
- Ensure compliance with N+1 / 2N, Uptime Institute, TIA-942, NFPA, IEC, IS & NBC standards.
- Manage procurement, QA/QC, documentation and final handover.
- Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Data Center / Mission Critical / MEP / EPC projects.
- Proven project leadership and multidisciplinary team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Critical Power, HVAC, BMS/EPMS/DCIM and Commissioning.
- Excellent client, consultant, vendor and contractor management skills.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Uptime Institute certification preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
