Job Title: Project Manager – Plumbing & Firefighting Systems

We are looking for a driven and technically sound Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing and firefighting system projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, strong vendor and client coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor plumbing & firefighting projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with design engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project delivery
- Prepare and review BOQ, work schedules, material procurement plans, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with NBC 2016, NFPA, and local fire NOC requirements
- Manage site inspections, quality checks, and safety protocols
- Liaise with consultants, PMC teams, and government authorities as required
- Handle project documentation — drawings, RFIs, site instructions, and handover reports
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization on-site
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in plumbing and/or firefighting project execution
- Working knowledge of GI, CPVC, HDPE, and MS piping systems
- Familiarity with fire sprinkler systems, hydrant lines, pumping systems, and STP/WTP
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project / Excel for project tracking
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites or project phases simultaneously
