We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our cake shop team. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in customer service, shop operations, and also support in promoting our products through simple marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately (in-store / phone / online).
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations when required.
- Assist in packing cakes, pastries, and other products neatly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop.
- Manage billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Support cake display arrangements and shop presentation.
- Assist with stock handling, labeling, and storage.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to marketing activities:
- Share product photos/videos for social media promotions.
- Assist in executing local marketing ideas (flyers, posters, in-shop offers).
- Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
