Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously.
Restaurant Operations
- Set up tables and service stations before opening.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
Food & Beverage Handling
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during service.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Handle and store food and beverages as per company guidelines.
Cash Handling & Billing
- Prepare and present guest bills accurately.
- Process payments through cash, card, or digital payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions when required.
Health & Safety
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or food service environment is an advantage.
Skills Required

Salary Range: As per company policy and experience.
