- The Trainer – Facility Services is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
- This role is responsible for training facility staff on cleaning protocols, maintenance procedures, safety standards, and customer service practices.
- Day-to-day tasks include designing training modules, conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, demonstrating proper use of equipment and materials, and evaluating staff performance.
- The trainer will document training activities, maintain attendance and assessment records, and provide feedback to management on skill gaps and improvement areas.
- The role also involves coordinating refresher trainings, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting new employee onboarding in facility services.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
