We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will split your time between frontline hospitality ensuring excellent guest experiences and maintaining high service standards and behind-the-scenes administration, including scheduling, inventory control, and staff training.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can foster a positive team culture, and keep the cafe running smoothly during peak rush hours.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Floor Management
- Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the floor, kitchen, and barista stations are fully prepared for service.
- Maintain a strong floor presence during peak hours, interacting with guests, handling special requests, and swiftly resolving any customer complaints.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards across all food and beverage preparation areas.
Team Leadership & Development
- Train the team on menu knowledge, customer service excellence, upselling techniques, and efficient point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- Manage staff scheduling to optimize labor costs while ensuring adequate floor coverage during busy shifts.
Inventory & Financial Control
- Track inventory levels for coffee beans, food ingredients, packaging, and cleaning supplies; assist with ordering and minimizing waste.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales through local marketing ideas, loyalty programs, or seasonal menu promotions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
