Job Summary
We are looking for ITI Helpers to support our machine manufacturing and assembly operations. Candidates with an ITI Fitter or Welder background are preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
The candidate will assist technicians and engineers in machine assembly, fitting, fabrication, welding, material handling, and basic manufacturing activities while following safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in machine assembly, fitting, fabrication, and manufacturing activities.
- Support Fitter and Welder technicians during daily production work.
- Assist with cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, and basic fabrication activities.
- Handle and arrange tools, machine components, materials, and parts.
- Assist in assembling mechanical components as per instructions.
- Support technicians during machine installation and maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace instructions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the shop floor.
- Support the production team to complete assigned work on time.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Fitting / Welding / Fabrication
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop equipment
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions
- Willingness to learn machine assembly and manufacturing processes
- Good teamwork and discipline
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
