Admin Assistant
Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer/Member Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high-quality service.
- Assisting in the promotion of society schemes /products to expand the branch’s business portfolio.
- Organizing branch-level meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
