Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively manage inbound leads, conduct venue viewings, and close sales. Achieve individual and departmental revenue targets.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to create custom event packages. Handle special requests, maintain relationships, and drive repeat business.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rates, menu pricing, and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Prepare and review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Liaise with the Food & Beverage (F&B), Kitchen, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event transitions.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Track sales pipelines, analyze competitor trends, and provide accurate revenue forecasting
- Requirements
- Experience: Typically 2–5+ years in hospitality, event planning, or banquet sales.
- Skills: Strong customer service, negotiation, and up-selling capabilities.
- Education: Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
