We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to generate leads, assist clients with property selection, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and update lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales, CRM, and documentation teams for bookings and closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and local property regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or direct sales preferred.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
