Employability Skills Trainer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Train students in communication skills, soft skills, and personality development.
- Conduct sessions on interview preparation, resume writing, and group discussions.
- Improve students’ spoken English and confidence level.
- Guide students regarding workplace behavior and professional etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews and aptitude practice sessions.
- Help students develop teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain training records and student progress reports.
- Coordinate with placement and HR teams for student readiness.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
