Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
Job Purpose
To ensure accurate verification, validation, compilation, and MIS reporting of employee TA/DA claims, incentives, and business expenses by coordinating with concerned departments and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate Travel Allowance (TA), Daily Allowance (DA), incentive claims, and employee expense reimbursements as per company policies.
- Coordinate with concerned departments, reporting managers, Sales, HR, Finance, and employees for clarification and approval of claims.
- Scrutinize supporting documents such as bills, travel details, approvals, attendance records, tour plans, and expense vouchers.
- Identify discrepancies, policy deviations, duplicate claims, or missing documents and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare accurate MIS reports on a day-to-day basis related to TA/DA, incentives, and expenses on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain master data related to DB (Distributor) master and records of employee claims and reimbursement history on a day-to-day basis.
- Generate analytical reports highlighting expense trends, budget utilization, pending claims, and policy exceptions.
- Ensure timely processing of verified claims for payment for salary and expenses.
- Maintain proper documentation and digital records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and supporting documents.
- Assist in process improvements and automation of reimbursement and MIS reporting processes.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy and timely closure of claims.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and SFA (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Data Validation, MIS Reporting).
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of TA/DA, reimbursement, and incentive processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- SFA and MDS knowledge with TA/DA automation and proper calculation.
