JOB DESCRIPTION: INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Naseebo is a fast-growing premium ethnic wear brand for women, offering an exclusive range of 3-piece kurta sets, co-ord sets, anarkali suits, and more. Based in the heart of Delhi's fashion district, we are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock (kurtas, suits, co-ord sets, dupattas, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software / Excel
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full stock audits
- Tag and organise products by SKU, size, colour, and category
- Coordinate with the packing/dispatch team for timely order fulfilment
- Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock or fast-moving SKUs to management
- Handle returns — inspect, re-tag, and update records for returned merchandise
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or mislabelled products
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storage area
- Assist in uploading product details and stock counts on website/marketplace portals
Requirements
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any stream
- 0–2 years experience in inventory/warehouse/stock management (freshers welcome)
- Basic computer skills — MS Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion/e-commerce environment
- Hindi and basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of ethnic wear / garment categories is a plus
