Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative at KR Cables is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team through effective inbound and outbound sales activities. The role involves promoting KR Cables products, understanding customer needs, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers
- Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities
- Present and explain KR Cables products, pricing, and benefits
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the team, distributors, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sales support and address customer queries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales (electrical or cable industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical products/cables is an advantage
