About the Role:
Roomy's Jewellery is looking for passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Stylists & Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide styling recommendations, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Provide personalized styling and product consultation.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Handle customer queries and after-sales support.
- Maintain store presentation and display standards.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
