Experience - 4 - 7 years in Call Center / Tele calling/ Sales Support/ Customer support
Qualification - Any Graduates
Language Skills - Fluency in English & Hindi is Mandatory + 2 - 3 additional languages
Must have Own laptop & WIFI Connection

- Monitor call quality of tele calling team and share daily feedback for improvment
