We are looking for a highly experienced consultant with strong expertise in BLDC (Brushless DC) motors and Ultrasonic motor systems to support the development, optimization, troubleshooting, and integration of precision motor-driven devices.
The ideal candidate should have deep technical understanding of motor design, control systems, drivers, tuning, and real-world application challenges, with the ability to independently guide development and solve complex engineering problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation for BLDC and ultrasonic motor systems
- Assist in motor selection, optimization, and performance evaluation
- Support development of motor control systems, drivers, and related electronics
- Analyze vibration, torque, speed, heat, noise, efficiency, and stability parameters
- Troubleshoot motor-related performance issues and recommend solutions
- Assist with PCB integration and embedded motor control strategies
- Guide testing, validation, and calibration processes
- Recommend suitable components, controllers, and manufacturing approaches
- Work closely with the product development team on R&D activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with BLDC motors and controllers
- In-depth understanding of ultrasonic motor technologies and applications
- Knowledge of motor drivers, PWM control, feedback systems, and tuning
- Familiarity with embedded systems and PCB-level integration
- Ability to diagnose and solve electromechanical performance issues
- Experience with precision motion systems is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on consultancy assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in electronics, mechatronics, embedded systems, or related engineering field
- Experience in medical, precision engineering, robotics, or high-speed motor applications is an advantage
- Familiarity with CAD, simulation, or motor analysis tools is a plus
