Procurement & Field Operations Executive
Location: Kasba, Kolkata
Department: Purchase & Administration
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Admin Head
About the Role
Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, reliable, and self-motivated Procurement & Field Operations Executive to support our purchase and logistics activities. If you enjoy working in the field, interacting with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement of materials, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure materials, spare parts, stationery, consumables, and other factory/office requirements from local markets.
- Visit suppliers and vendors for quotations, negotiations, order follow-up, and material collection.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
- Collect and deliver samples, documents, and other official materials as required.
- Verify purchased materials before delivery to the office/factory.
- Maintain proper bills, invoices, and purchase-related documents.
- Assist the Purchase Department in day-to-day procurement and vendor coordination activities.
- Perform other field assignments as instructed by the Purchase Manager or Management.
Eligibility:
✔ Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduates are also welcome to apply.
✔ Familiarity with Kolkata roads, local markets, and industrial areas.
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to travel locally.
✔ Basic knowledge of smartphones, email, and internet applications.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✔ Valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in field purchase, procurement, logistics, vendor coordination, office support, or delivery operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
