Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to manage, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth, maximizing ROI, and improving campaign performance through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other paid platforms as required
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing page improvements.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
