Role: Service Engineer
Required Experience: 4 to 6 years in Multifunction Printers (MFP), preferably in FUJIFILM

Job Description:
Provide onsite technical and customer support for the installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers.
Responsible for setting up and installing new Multifunction Printers.
Provide routine service and maintenance for Multifunction Printers.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning Multifunction Printers.
Perform timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment.
Must have a good understanding of all hardware and software-related issues of printers.
Responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment, promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
Accurately identify and resolve any technical issues and ensure optimum operating conditions.
Handle customer issues promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
