Key Responsibilities
eBay Listing Management
- Create, publish, and manage product listings on eBay with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Research and apply relevant keywords to optimize listings for eBay search ranking (eBay SEO)
- Write compelling, keyword-rich product descriptions that drive buyer engagement and conversions
- Set up item specifics, categories, variations (size, color, etc.), and competitive pricing
- Monitor and update listings regularly — adjust pricing, revise content, and relist expired items
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure listings are priced and presented competitively
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Process and confirm orders promptly within defined SLA timelines
- Book shipments through courier partners (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or local carriers)
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and arrange handover to courier / dispatch team
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, or lost packages
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refund requests in line with eBay's policies
Reporting & Coordination
- Communicate with buyers professionally to resolve queries, disputes, and feedback requests
- Report daily/weekly order and listing performance metrics to the team lead
- Coordinate with the procurement/sourcing team to ensure product availability for listings.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
