Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Client Acquisition & Resource Supply
Location: Remote
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience in client acquisition, IT staffing, resource supply, or IT services sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Follow up with clients regularly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Staffing, Recruitment Sales, Resource Supply, or IT Services Sales.
