Billing Engineer – Job Description
Position: Billing Engineer

Location: Noida, sector 142
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and Final Bills for clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Measure work executed at the site and prepare billing quantities.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, and Accounts team for billing and payment processing.
- Prepare client invoices and ensure timely bill submission.
- Track project progress and maintain billing records.
- Verify subcontractor bills based on work completion.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Assist in preparing project cost reports and billing MIS.
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Construction, Façade, or Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Final Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Quantity Take-Off.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
