Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Sales with 15 years of experience to lead the company’s marketing and sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, increasing sales revenue, building brand value, and leading the marketing and sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Lead and manage the marketing and sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
- Plan promotional campaigns and branding activities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Manage budgets, pricing, and revenue growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing & Sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of market analysis and business development
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
