As a DevOps Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our IT services and software products. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications across cloud environments.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles.
✔ Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
✔ Experience managing databases like MongoDB and SQL (mandatory).
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔ Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

✔ Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and user/permission systems.
✔ Manage shared server environments, including deployment and maintenance of multiple applications.
✔ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

✔ Work with MongoDB and SQL databases for performance optimization and maintenance.

✔ Collaborate with developers to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
