Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and possess a positive attitude toward lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain company products/services effectively to prospects.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or related fields.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer interaction is an advantage.
