Job Title: Production Supervisor
We are a well-established company with 25+ years of experience, known for our stable operations and strong work culture. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage and oversee our manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production activities
- Handle manpower allocation and supervision on the shop floor
- Ensure smooth execution of production as per schedule
- Monitor productivity, quality, and output targets
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of work
- Identify and resolve production issues efficiently
- Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow on the production floor
Requirements:
- Strong experience in production/manufacturing environment - Proven ability in manpower handling and team supervision
- Experience in production planning and execution
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve output targets consistently
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in a reputed/good company preferred
Eligibility:
- Degree (Engineering or relevant field preferred) - Minimum 4–8+ years of relevant experience
