We’re Hiring: Senior Project Engineer (Civil) – Hotels
Location: Hyderabad (Open to PAN India Mobility)
Experience: 6+ Years (Hotel / Hospitality Projects Preferred)
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer (Civil) with strong experience in hotel construction and project execution. If you have hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end civil works and are open to working across locations, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate to have good knowledge of Interiors (Fitout, Modular & onsite Civil finishes)
2. Responsible for planning & execution of site work as per architectural & interior drawing.
3. Supervision of all activities including providing technical inputs, methodologies & coordination with site activities.
4. Responsible to manage project budgets including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets.
5. Inspection of production at factory as quality and design parameter checks.
6. Ensure to resolve Client-Design related issues and ensure seamless coordination between clients and subcontractors.
7. Coordination of MEP related activities at project sites and day to day operation.
8. Ensuring work practices to be in accordance with Civil Quality Assurance/Quality Control QA/QC.
9. Ultimately responsible for safety and quality, built as per the required project standards.
10. Documenting Change Order Management / Change Orders.
11. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
12. Traveling to various sites as required.
Overall:
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.E)
5-6 Years of Professional experience.
Experience in Construction of Hospitality Industry / Interiors.
Experience in Refurbishments/Restorations works.
Proficiency in MS Office & MSP.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Good knowledge of MS Office and Auto Cad
Good knowledge on Interiors, MEP and HVAC requirement of the projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to perform onsite visits outside of business hours, when relevant.
