Back Office Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and documentation work.
- Manage emails and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer, sales, production, and dispatch records.
- Update data in Excel sheets and company software.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Purchase departments.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
- Follow up with customers and vendors when required.
- Assist management in day-to-day operational activities.
Required Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Data entry and documentation management.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or office administration will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
