Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (automotive / manufacturing preferred).

- Compliance to statutory audits and documentation.
- Timely completion of electrical maintenance reports and checklists.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage preventive & predictive maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment
- Plan, schedule, and ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all electrical systems, machines, and utilities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment such as HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors, motors, drives, PLC panels, and wiring systems.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Electricity Act, electrical safety codes, and statutory requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, automation, and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain complete documentation—maintenance logs, calibration records, energy usage data, checklists, and equipment history cards.
- Drive energy conservation initiatives and monitor power consumption to reduce electrical running cost.
- Coordinate with production, projects, and utility teams for electrical support during machine installation, modifications, and commissioning.
- Manage spare parts stock for electrical components and ensure optimum inventory levels.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians on electrical safety, LOTO, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and monitor safety practices such as LOTO, PPE usage, earthing checks, and arc-flash protection.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and monitor performance of substations, UPS systems, and emergency circuits.
- Attend vendor visits, audits, and AMC coordination for electrical equipment.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of statutory requirements is essential.
- Experience in handling electrical audits and energy management systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems—HT/LT, MCC, PCC, VFDs, PLC/SCADA, control panels.
- Expertise in automation, instrumentation, and drives.
- Understanding of electrical drawings, load calculations, and power distribution.
- Familiar with safety systems—earthing, ELCB/MCCB, arc-flash protection.
- Hands-on knowledge of utility equipment like DG, compressors, chiller electrical panels.
- ERP knowledge for maintenance activity entry and documentation.
- Problem-solving, RCA, and analytical skills.
