Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Structural Engineer (Fresher) to join our team as a trainee. This role offers hands-on experience in structural design and analysis, along with a clear pathway to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in structural analysis and design of engineering projects
- Support preparation of design calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Collaborate with senior engineers on project execution
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Participate in site visits and inspections as required
- Learn and apply industry-standard software and engineering practices
Eligibility Criteria
M.Tech in Structural Engineering - preferred (Freshers can apply)
B.Tech Structural Engineering
Core Competencies
Fundamental knowledge of structural engineering principles
Familiarity with tools such as ETABS, STAAD, or SAFE (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
High willingness to learn and grow professionally
Career Progression
3-month structured training with stipend
Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance upon successful completion of the training period
