We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Interior Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and renovation projects, coordinating with the design and project teams, and ensuring competitive and profitable project pricing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and fit-out works.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Prepare project budgets, rate analysis, and tender documents.
- Work closely with the design, sales, and execution teams.
- Monitor project costs and update estimations when required.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
- Maintain estimation records and pricing databases.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior estimation or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Preferre Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
