We are looking for an experienced and dedicated NEET Faculty for Gujarati Medium students to teach Class 11th and 12th students as per the NEET syllabus and competitive examination standards.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, strengthening students' conceptual understanding, and preparing them effectively for NEET through regular practice, assessments, and doubt-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Class 11th & 12th Gujarati Medium students as per the NEET syllabus.
- Deliver concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner in Gujarati Medium.
- Prepare students for NEET-level competitive examinations.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
- Conduct regular tests, practice sessions, and doubt-solving classes.
- Analyze student performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Prepare and/or contribute to NEET-level study material, question banks, assignments, and test papers.
- Cover the syllabus according to the academic schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Discuss student performance and academic progress with the academic team.
- Stay updated with the latest NEET examination pattern, syllabus, and question trends.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic team for overall student development.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Strong command of the subject and NEET-level concepts.
- Prior teaching experience with Class 11th & 12th students preferred.
- Experience in NEET coaching / competitive examination preparation will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.
Preferred Candidate
Faculty currently teaching or previously teaching in a NEET coaching institute.
Experience teaching Gujarati Medium students.
- Strong understanding of NEET-oriented teaching methodology.
- Candidates who have produced good student results in NEET will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.
