This is an on-site role as a Travel consultant at Travelfika. The Travel consultant will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services. The day-to-day tasks will include identifying leads, explaining our offerings, answering customer queries, and maintaining a database of customer information. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for travel.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with travel destinations and the tourism industry
- Willingness to travel locally and visit nearby areas for brand promotion and lead generation
- Comfortable meeting potential customers and promoting travel packages in person
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
