Role and responsibilities:
1. ERP Implementation & Configuration:
â—� Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP financial processes.
â—� Configure and customize financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing, Budgeting, etc.).
â—� Ensure integration with other modules (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, etc.).
2. Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
â—� Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements.
â—� Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
â—� Align ERP functionalities with business goals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
â—� Work closely with finance teams, IT, and leadership to deliver ERP solutions.
â—� Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users.
4. Data Migration & Reporting:
â—� Assist in data migration from legacy systems to ERP.
â—� Develop financial reports and dashboards.
â—� Validate data accuracy and ensure audit compliance.
5. Testing & Training:
â—� Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial modules.
â—� Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
â—� Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
â—� Ensure ERP financial processes adhere to tax regulations, SOX, and other legal
requirements.
â—� Implement internal controls and security measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
� Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related
field.
â—� ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience in at least one ERP system (SAP FI/CO, Oracle
Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, NetSuite, etc.).
â—� Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles,
and reporting standards.
â—� Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related finance issues.
â—� Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
