Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident freshers with strong communication and presentation skills who are eager to learn and grow across Sales and Marketing. This role isn’t about ticking degree checkboxes — we welcome graduates from any academic background who can demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn. Based on your strengths through the training period, you’ll be placed into either our Sales or Marketing track.
What You'll Do
- Participate in structured Sales and Marketing training.
- Learn how Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions help businesses transform customer relationships.
- Support lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach activities.
- Assist with client communication, follow-ups, and presentations.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, content creation, and digital outreach.
- Gain practical experience using CRM tools to manage leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Work on real projects while receiving continuous guidance from experienced Sales and Marketing leaders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
