Position
Shift Engineer
Location: Palwal, Haryana
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage shift-wise production activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine parameters, process performance, and cycle time.
- Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with operators, technicians, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift planning efficiently.
- Maintain production reports, downtime records, and shift documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection and improve productivity.

Eligibility
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- CPAT Graduates (Preferred)
Experience
- 2–3 Years in Manufacturing / Production / Process Industry
CTC
₹3.0 – ₹5.0 LPA
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
