Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD and other drafting software while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts
- Create and modify drawings based on architect and client requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and building standards
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records
- Assist in site measurements and preparation of as-built drawings
- Support project execution through accurate technical documentation
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting software
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in architectural drafting
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or interior design projects
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and rendering software is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
