Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Interior Civil Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, vendor coordination, and timely completion of interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute interior fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities related to civil and interior works.
- Ensure project execution as per quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, material requirements, and quantity estimations.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare progress reports.
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at site.
- Resolve technical issues at the site and provide necessary guidance to the team.
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, corporate office, retail, multiplex, hotel, or hospitality projects will be preferred.

- Knowledge of interior finishing works such as:
- False Ceiling
- Drywall Partition
- Flooring & Tiling
- Painting & Polishing
- Modular Furniture Installation
- Carpentry & Joinery Works
- Glass & Aluminium Works
- POP/Gypsum Works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of site execution, quality control, and billing.
Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience in corporate office interiors, multiplexes, auditoriums, hotels, hospitals, or commercial interior projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
