Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our showroom team. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, understanding their furniture requirements, presenting suitable products, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of furniture collections and offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain showroom display and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations team for order processing.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral sales.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong sales attitude.
- Basic knowledge of furniture or home interiors is a plus.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with retail or showroom sales experience will be preferred.
- Comfortable working on weekends and showroom timings.
